I have heard they looking at bringing in lower division/league players to be fair.

Wouldn't say Birtley are in a serious predicament. One of the best ran clubs in the Division. They achieved well above what they thought they would last season. They've come a long way in a short space of time so mid table this season is no shame at all. Committee like a well oiled machine cloth cut accordingly jobs a goodun. They don't charge fivers to loyal fans for a poxy talk in either.

NL1 Champions. Redcar Athletic (by a mile looking at what they are spending) NL1 Playoffs. West Auckland, Shildon, Guisborough, Kendal NL1 Relegation. Tow Law, West Allotment NL2 Champions. Billingham Town. NL2 playoffs. Chester Le Street Town, Ryton, Jarrow, Synthonia NL2 relegation zone. Washington, Chester Le Street United. Redcar Town
I am confident Northallerton will be fine. The reason for several Wearside players signing is the new Manager is a bit behind other teams , having been given the job only 3 weeks ago. Several experienced Northern league players are in the pipeline.

Yeah I agree, should be the model for a few clubs I could mention. Sometimes you have to go backwards to move forward,

Love the fact you are writing us off because we have lost our management and 2 players. Every other player has stayed put. I wouldn’t say that the 2 additions so far are not strengthening the squad . We are expecting a couple more to join us also. Our new management team have all been with the club for a long time and were part of the Bryser, Foss team , a very well respected coach has been added to the team so we are well covered in all areas . If we don’t reach the playoffs so be it. Gives us more time on improving the ground which we try to do each year. For what some people think is a small club we don’t do to badly . And no we wouldn’t charge a fiver for a talk in with our management😜😜

Looking at last nights results its going to be a long hard and desperate season for Whitley Bay and Crook!
As an add on Bishops beat Billingham Synthonia 2-1 last night at Stockton Town. Holdsworth and Hackett with Bishops goals.
