The ground development is going on well, with the turnstiles in and the stand has been delivered. With work on the hard standing just about to start. They should be able to concentrate on building a squad good enough to achieve a top 5 finish and promotion next season.

Good to hear mind they will have some competition from the new kids on the block darlington united It’s not a bad thing for the North Riding League, if it has a slow stream of clubs are ambitious, want to develop their grounds and aim for the NL. Grangetown will be a NL club in the future, whether it’s in 2024 or 2025 they’ll be welcome and doing it the right way. I’m sure if Wolviston are staying put in the Wearside League & watching clubs like Grangetown and Darlington Utd climb the pyramid. I’m sure they’ll reconsider again, whether they should join their reserves in the NRL.
